XXY (2025)

Paper Clay, wood, steel.

4.5ft x 1ft x 6ft.

This sculpture serves as a family portrait, delving into themes of identity, sexuality, and self-expression. The jewelry adorning the piece draws from FIMO creations my parents once made early on in their relationship. Each piece of jewelry is removable and rearrangeable, and is meant to reflect the fluidity of identity and its continual transformation.
